We track our visitors’ activities to make sure we are providing the best path and access to information. In the form of “cookies” we track the number of recurring visits to our site to minimize pop-ups and the repetition of information that we have already made available to you.

- SSCF collects personally identifiable information in the following ways: SSCF collects personal information when you subscribe to our email alerts, sign up for volunteer opportunities, or request information on our “Contact” page. - SSCF collects personal information when you make a donation to the organization and complete our online donation. This information includes your name, address, telephone number, email address, and payment information.
- SSCF also collects personal information when you register for the Aztec Run for Education online. This information includes your name, address, telephone number, email address, and payment information.
We may on some occasions use information we collect to inform you of upcoming events or other marketing material that would serve your interest. On occasion we will share with you information from individuals or organizations outside of SSCF for purposes consistent with SSCF’s mission, including marketing or promotional purposes.

Online Donations
When you make a donation to our agency, we collect your name, e-mail address, address and telephone number. Online donations are collected and processed via a third party provider, Snowball Fundraising, that uses secure transaction processing and they will collect information necessary to process your donation. Your information is used only to identify you as a donor and we do not knowingly share information with any other organization.
Aztec Run for Education
Similar to when you make a donation to our agency, we collect your name, e-mail address, address and telephone number. Online donations are collected and processed via a third party provider, Innovative Timing Systems, that uses secure transaction processing. We may also have access to birthdate, age, and gender information (requested for placement in running categories) from Innovative Timing Systems. Your information is used only to identify you as a participant in the Aztec Run for Education and we do not knowingly share information with any other organization.
